CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATION POLICY NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS. •24-Hour Cancellation Notice Required• - If you cancel, reschedule, or make any changes to your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled time, you will be charged 100% of the service total. This includes: • Same-day cancellations • Cancelling the night before • Rescheduling within 24 hours • Last-minute changes of any kind You will be charged the FULL price of the service you booked. Example: If you book a $150 service and cancel 12 hours before your appointment, you will be charged $150. ⸻ Grace Period – 10 Minutes You have a 10-minute grace period. If you are more than 10 minutes late without contacting me: • Your appointment will be cancelled • You will be considered a No Call / No Show • You will be charged 100% of the service total ⸻ No Call / No Show Policy If you do not show up to your appointment and do not contact me: • You will be charged 100% of the service total • You will be banned from booking future appointments s.
